The Company

JéPé IT distinguish themselves by being customer-friendly and clear: clear communication, good agreements and an open attitude towards the customer characterise the JéPé IT professionals.

Their compact team has a hands-on mentality and is solution oriented. In their philosophy they are there for the customer and his/her IT environment. That environment must function as optimally as possible; that's what they stand for. They are located in the heart of Zeeland, in the Poel in Goes, and serve about 500 business customers up to a maximum of 250 workplaces.

Vision

JéPé IT has been active since the late 1990s and has grown steadily: manageably. It is not their ambition to become the largest IT specialist in Zeeland. They want to be the best for their customers. And they want to continue to grow steadily in that way.

The History

Jean-Paul de Pundert started JéPé IT, based in Zeeland, Netherlands in 1999 in response to local demand from SMEs for IT hardware and services. Building PCs for customers up until five years ago, JéPé IT has now developed to have a strong focus on subscription-based Cloud ICT solutions for all its customers.

"Solving a customers' print challenges has always been core to the business and seen as an integrated part of any customer's IT infrastructure - particularly when it comes to document workflow processes, scanning documents, and document security" explains Jean-Paul, "JéPé IT is a preferred supplier for small to medium enterprises who outsource their ICT to a trusted Partner - and understand the benefits that single source supply and support can bring."

The Situation

JéPé IT has a heavy focus on the customers outcome - and relies on accurate data from the customers' environment to make recommendations on improvements that can be made to business processes, document workflow, or technology infrastructure. Jean-Paul has seen his business growing year on year even through a global pandemic, as the flexibility in the solutions provided allows modern dynamic companies to scale according to demand.

Print, however, could not be managed in the same way as the rest, as there was zero visibility of the devices and little meaningful data on usage.

The Problem

The challenges faced by JéPé IT relate to the accurate capture of information from print devices on a customer’s network, to understand where the pinch points and heavy loads are in the business processes and workflows - so that they can make recommendations to the customer where improvements can be made in both physical and digital workflows.

The Impact

Without this vital, accurate information JéPé IT were unable to provide a complete, all-encompassing service for ICT including Printing and felt there was a hole in their offering - potentially losing revenue to competitors and allowing them a foothold.

The Solution

Used both as an audit tool and an operational tool in all Customer accounts, Jean-Paul has found JetAdvice to be "a huge advantage in JéPé IT understanding the customers environment, business processes, and physical paper workflows, and therefore pinpoint where recommendations can be made for improvements."

Competitive Advantage

The discovery and monitoring of a customer's print device environment is seen as a significant advantage in the marketplace as it allows them to be entirely focused on the Customers' real needs and outcomes - and remain the Trusted ICT Partner of choice.
