Zebra Managed Print Services Programme for thermal printer fleets, powered by JetAdvice from EuroForm,  helps existing and new BlueStar Partners switch thermal printer business from one-off transactions – selling a printer – to ongoing customer relationships.

The Zebra Thermal MPS program lets BlueStar Partners provide valuable insights to their customers about their thermal printer fleet – and discover new business potential. With the automated supply fulfilment (labels, wristbands and ribbons), Partners can increase their total customer value and remove the current burden from their customers through improvement in thermal print quality and device continuity, securing original consumables during the device life cycle. 

In their continuous journey to offer value-add services to their partners, BlueStar instantly noticed the value of the Zebra MPS programme as it helps their partners to be more agile, more capable and more profitable. BlueStar customers are looking for recurring revenue streams when it comes to hardware, consumables and additional services.
